Visionary Award

1996, Helmy founded the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection or ASACP. ASACP began as a simple informational website that explained the new organization's mission, offered links to related resources and provided a web form for reporting suspected child exploitation (CP). Now the ASACP is an integral part of the international fight against CP. Ten years after ASACP was founded it created the RTA 'Restricted To Adults' website label. RTA has become a perfect example of the adult industry's ability to work together and self-regulate. It was recognized by the Mayor of Los Angeles and the American Society of Association Executives for its benefit to the American society.
