Actually Helping Becomes Newest ASACP Corporate Sponsor

LOS ANGELES (September 14, 2012) — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) is pleased to announce that Actually Helping has become its newest corporate sponsor.

According to the company, Actually Helping is a consulting firm specializing in the merchant acquiring business. By bringing more than a decade of experience to the processing world, they have established themselves through results and integrity.

“We owe it to ourselves and our brethren to make this world better with each day,” explains Actual Mike. “The work done by ASACP is accomplishing that, and it is something we feel strongly in supporting and in encouraging everyone else to as well.”

“We are extremely happy to welcome Actually Helping to the family of ASACP sponsors,” ASACP Executive Director Tim Henning stated. “The company has a long track record of upholding the highest standards of ethics, and serves as a great example of the type of good corporate citizens that make up ASACP’s sponsor community.”

Among its services, ASACP provides online businesses with its Restricted To Adults (RTA) website meta label that helps prevent minors’ unauthorized access of adult-oriented websites and mobile apps, along with a series of Best Practices targeting specific online business types. It also operates an international CP Reporting Hotline, which contributed to the closure of a number of illegal sites.

“ASACP depends on the continued generosity of companies such as Actually Helping to carry out its mission of keeping children out of and away from adult entertainment,” Henning notes. “This help from the digital media industry illustrates its proactive responsibility in the face of challenging and rapidly evolving social and technological changes.”
