DialXS Becomes Newest ASACP Title Sponsor, First Exclusive Travel Sponsor

LOS ANGELES (Sept. 11, 2019) — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) is pleased to announce DialXS as its newest Title Sponsor and first exclusive Travel Sponsor.

ASACP’s Executive Director Tim Henning said that association sponsors such as DialXS illustrate how proactive corporate responsibility and ethical operation can make a real-life difference in protecting at-risk youth online, and noted that DialXS is going above and beyond the call in its generous support, providing an incredible example for its peers to follow.

“By sponsoring ASACP, the industry’s most prominent players prove that legal adult entertainment and mainstream digital media businesses alike, as well as their support services, such as billing pros DialXS, are capable of ‘doing the right thing’ when it comes to preventing children from accessing adult-oriented materials,” Henning explained. “ASACP is grateful to the commitment to online child protection that DialXS continues to make, and we encourage other companies to embrace a similar leadership role in keeping children out of and away from adult-oriented materials.”

“As a major international payment services provider since 2000, DialXS is proud to help underwrite ASACP’s travel expenses, so that the association can stay within the inner loop of the industry at our conventions and trade shows,” stated DialXS CEO Chris Visser. “This way, ASACP can maintain a high level of awareness of the need to protect our children from adult-oriented content.”

Visser noted that while ASACP’s free Restricted To Adults meta label is already immensely successful in helping the industry and parents to protect children online, new players keep coming to the adult entertainment arena, so it is of great importance that ASACP continues to present its message and solutions to the industry and other stakeholders.

“As a Title Sponsor, DialXS can play an active role in raising awareness among businesses old and new about the need for online child protection and this simply feels very good,” Visser explained. “DialXS is thankful to ASACP for giving us the opportunity to be actively involved in this important cause.”

ASACP’s Restricted To Adults (RTA) website code helps parents by preventing their children’s access to billions of adult-oriented webpages and mobile apps and is offered free to all adult website and app publishers — as are all ASACP services — thanks to the generosity of the nonprofit association’s industry-leading sponsors, such as DialXS.

Through the efforts of its staff and volunteers, the association makes careful use of the support it receives from the community to continue its 23-year record of success; including achievements such as its Child Exploitation Tipline, which has processed more than 1 million reports worldwide, earning accolades while working closely with law enforcement agencies. In addition, ASACP’s educational, informational, and inspirational resources provide a range of market-specific Best Practices and a universal Code of Ethics for online businesses, app- and website operators.

“ASACP’s sponsors showcase the diversity of support that the association receives from a wide range of market segments,” Henning concluded. “The generous contributions by responsible companies such as DialXS enable ASACP’s continued positive achievements in improving the daily digital lives of today’s constantly connected youth — and by stepping up as our exclusive Travel Sponsor, it is really helping us to spread the good word about online child safety to a new generation of publishers.”
