Event Organizers Help To Represent ASACP at EXXXOTICA

Los Angeles, CA (March 12, 2008) - Attendees at this year's upcoming EXXXOTICA Miami Beach will have the opportunity to learn more about the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) and its work on behalf of the online adult industry.

EXXXOTICA, presented by Hotmovies.com, takes place at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida and is the largest adult-themed consumer show produced on the East Coast. The show, which will run from April 18th to 20th, will feature personal appearances by adult entertainment stars, exhibits of adult products and services, live entertainment stage, educational seminar series and the First Annual Amateur Adult Film Awards. Promoters expect over 20,000 attendees at this year's expo.

According to ASACP CEO Joan Irvine, “Although ASACP was unable to send a representative to the event we are grateful that event organizers have made sure information on ASACP will be provided to attendees.” She added, “This really helps our efforts to educate people about ASACP and the industry’s efforts to protect children.”

EXXXOTICA Miami Beach Director J. Handy added, “We’re just really happy to support such an obviously important cause. We recognize that groups like ASACP are essential in protecting the welfare of children and we’re happy to support their cause.”

Founded in 1996, the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating child pornography from the Internet. ASACP also works to help parents prevent children from viewing age-inappropriate material online. Companies and individuals interested in supporting ASACP may go to www.asacp.org for more information on how to get involved.
