Webmaster Access West Represents ASACP

Los Angeles, CA (May 12, 2009) - Attendees at this year’s Webmaster Access West will have the opportunity to learn more about the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) and its work on behalf of the online adult industry.

Webmaster Access West (WAW) takes place May 17-19th, 2009 at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City, CA. WAW is a business-to-business event that offers seminars, special events, and Networking Power Hours. This year event planners will be expanding their efforts to reach out to Gay companies and have added Gay Webmaster Networking during the event for two days. In addition, WAW will be distributing information on ASACP to all attendees and ASACP CEO Joan Irvine will be attending the event.

“We decided to move our Webmaster Access LA Show from November to May for lots of reasons, but one is for better weather! We want more activities done poolside,” stated Shelly Riley of Webmaster Access. “We are very proud to be a supporter of ASACP in their efforts to protect child online and share their work with the webmaster community.”

Event planners want to remind everyone that security is strictly enforced this year so webmasters must be registered to enter all events.

“I would like to extend our greatest appreciation to Webmaster Access West for their continued support of ASACP,” Irvine stated. “ASACP has many exciting projects we are working on. In addition to our child protection efforts on behalf of the adult industry in DC, ASACP has revamped our website and is currently in the process of launching RTA Verified. RTA Verified provides an extra level of protection to insuring webmasters are maximizing their efforts to protect children from viewing age-inappropriate content and I look forward to meeting with people and discussing it with them at WAW.”
