ASACP at Cybernet Expo

Los Angeles, CA (May 27, 2010) - Attendees at this year's upcoming Cybernet Expo will have the opportunity to learn more about the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) and its work on behalf of the online adult industry.

Cybernet Expo is an annual international tradeshow designed exclusively for online business professionals. The conference will be held this year from July 8th through July 10th at the Golden Gateway Hotel in downtown San Francisco. The show boasts a unique mix of educational courses, informative seminars, business networking events and fun evening parties.

“We are grateful to Cybernet Expo for always being so supportive of ASACP and for helping to share ASACP’s mission and work with this year’s attendees,” stated ASACP CEO Joan Irvine. “Whether it is because you believe in protecting children, want to protect your business, or need to expand your bottom line by expanding your market – anyone operating an adult business online needs to know about ASACP. By demonstrating corporate responsibility, you are letting the companies you do business with and your customers know that you are doing your due diligence to be compliant with child safety standards and have reduced your risk factors which in turn can benefit any adult company on many levels.”

LAJ, Cybernet Expo San Francisco Director of Operations adds, "It's our pleasure to support ASACP at Cybernet Expo and we appreciate their support of our event year after year. It makes sense to work together when both organizations are always looking out for the good and welfare of the adult industry."

Founded in 1996, ASACP is a non-profit organization dedicated to online child protection. ASACP battles child pornography through its CP Reporting Hotline and helps parents prevent children from viewing age-restricted material online with its Restricted To Adults – RTA Website Label. ASACP is the only association in the world that coordinates the adult entertainment industry’s efforts to protect children online. It has spent over 14 years creating progressive programs to protect children. ASACP’s relationship in assisting the adult industry’s child protection efforts is unparalleled.
