Los Angeles - (July 21, 2003) - Adult Sites Against Child Pornography (ASACP) is pleased to announce that Brandon Shalton has joined ASACP as its CTO. Brandon has over 15 years of experience in the IT and business management industries and is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Computer Technology.

"Brandon has worked with mainstream and adult companies, so he understands both worlds. It`s a perfect fit. ASACP needed a person who could evaluate its current procedures, develop systems to automate these, and position ASACP for the future. Brandon will provide ASACP with new technology tools like web spidering programs and image processing applications, in addition to building a new Intranet. The new tech tools will free up the Compliance and Site Review Manager to do even more research on valid child pornography sites and facilitate more detailed statistical analysis. Spidering technology will verify that each Approved Member and its affiliates comply with the ASACP Code of Ethics. The new Intranet will be able to send CP Reports to various child protection agencies around the world. ASACP will also provide reports on offending affiliates to its Approved Members and Sponsors," said Joan Irvine, Executive Director, ASACP.
