ASACP Names DialXS and TheDatingNetwork.com as September Featured Sponsors

LOS ANGELES (September 1, 2020) — ASACP, the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection, is pleased to name DialXS and TheDatingNetwork.com as its Featured Sponsors for September 2020.

ASACP’s monthly Featured Sponsors are among the industry’s most respected companies and serve as prime examples of how responsible business practices, ethical operation, and social awareness can help protect minors from accidental exposure to age-restricted materials online.

According to ASACP’s Executive Director Tim Henning, the association encourages all online companies and organizations to assume a leadership role in the fight to keep children out of and away from adult-oriented materials by sponsoring ASACP and its well-proven successes, including those that happen behind-the-scenes.

“As 2020 races by and the fall show schedule goes virtual due to the continuing COVID crisis, the online entertainment industry is embracing a ‘new normal’ where social distancing is becoming a more difficult to deal with ‘business distancing,’” Henning said. “This is a significant challenge for both our child safety initiatives and our fundraising efforts to fuel those initiatives.”

“Without the real-life outreach to industry stakeholders that the association once relied upon, our educational opportunities have been dramatically curtailed,” Henning explained. “Thankfully our existing members and sponsors are stepping up to carry the fight forward and are making a positive difference in preserving the innocence of today’s constantly-connected youth.”

The generous support that ASACP receives from its sponsors, such as DialXS and TheDatingNetwork.com power its 24 years of success; and enables its free child protection resources, including market-specific Best Practices and a Code of Ethics for online businesses, app publishers and operators of age-restricted websites.

Among its most notable achievements, ASACP’s RTA (Restricted To Adults) meta labeling system helps parents prevent their children’s access to countless adult-oriented webpages and mobile apps and is offered to all site and app publishers free of charge, as are all ASACP services; including its CP Reporting Tipline, which has received and processed well over 1 million user reports to date, thanks to the generosity of the nonprofit association’s sponsors and members.

For September, ASACP honors DialXS and TheDatingNetwork.com as its Featured Sponsors, recognizing the ongoing, generous support that these companies provide to the association, and thus honoring their commitment to making the internet safer for children and families.

DialXS

An ASACP Title Sponsor, DialXS is a major international payment services provider that has operated since 2000 and is also the association’s exclusive Travel Sponsor.

The company specializes in the processing of trusted European payment methods as an alternative to high-risk credit card transactions and as a proven way to boost conversions in most European nations.

“In many European countries, people do not like to give their credit card details to an unknown merchant. They would rather pay using their already trusted ways to pay online,” DialXS CEO Chris Visser stated. “To optimize conversions, you need to provide the customer a preferred payment method in all targeted countries and with many of our payment methods, there are no options for customers to do an unjustified chargeback.”

Like many companies, DialXS has noted significant market changes in the face of the coronavirus pandemic — changes that have benefited many brands in the adult space, but that has hurt ASACP’s outreach efforts.

“DialXS takes online child protection extremely seriously and so we are pleased to provide ASACP with the support it deserves and to help enable its presence at international trade events,” DialXS CEO Chris Visser stated. “The pandemic poses a wide range of challenges, including barriers to travel that make it hard for the association to reach stakeholders, but together, we can make a difference for the children of the world.”

TheDatingNetwork.com

For 25 years, TheDatingNetwork.com (previously known as the SexSearch affiliate program) has provided affiliates with some of the best-converting casual and adult dating offers online.

“We have the best dating affiliate program! We’re one of the pioneers in affiliate marketing as well as the online dating industry paving the way since 1996,” said TheDatingNetwork’s Marketing Manager Junior D’Lab. “Affiliates get access to high converting and exclusive, casual adult dating offers with the highest payouts in the industry. What else more could a dating affiliate ask for?”

Because of the personal nature and content of casual dating websites, keeping minors away is vital.

“TheDatingNetwork.com strongly supports and is in agreement with ASACP regarding the protection of children from age-inappropriate materials and being against child pornography,” D’Lab added. “This is why we’ve been a long-term corporate sponsor with ASACP since 2005.”

“ASACP’s Featured Sponsors demonstrate that despite the evolving challenges of the current marketplace and world beyond, proactive leadership and corporate responsibility continue to make a difference,” Henning concluded. “The much-appreciated generosity of industry leaders such as DialXS and TheDatingNetwork.com enable ASACP to carry out its vital mission to protect today’s constantly connected youth.”
