79 Child porn websites removed

ASACP currently receives 15 - 20 child pornography reports a day. Out of these 143 child pornography websites were reported to the authorities in February 2000 and 79 of these websites have already been removed from the internet. We would like to thank all participating adult websites as well as all of those netizens that have reported sites in the past. We hope to continue to grow and contribute to the fight against child pornography into the new millennium .

Many netizens have requested info regarding the legal actions taken by authorities regarding their reports. Unfortunately we are unable to give out any information regarding ongoing investigations by the authorities. We continue to work closely with both the U.S. Customs Child Pornography Enforcement Program and the F.B.I. We assure you that every valid report is important to us and investigated thoroughly by the authorities.
