Los Angeles, CA (August 19, 2009) – The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) will be sending Technology and Forensic Research Director, Tim Henning, to be a part of the 2009 QWEBEC-Expo.

QWEBEC-Expo takes place Aug. 28 - 30th at the Marriott Chateau Champlain in Montreal. The event features a tradeshow, technical conferences, and an opportunity for people to meet face-to-face with industry suppliers from the U.S, Canada, Europe and other countries in order to discuss the latest industry technologies, trends, products and services.

ASACP will have a table at the expo and Henning will be participating in the “New Bees” workshop on Friday August 28th from 11am to 12:15pm. The workshop will focus on “the questions you were too shy to ask” and will be moderated by Bob Rice from Solo Converts. Other panellists include Hone Lynn from F.U.B.A.R., Greg Jones from 2MUCH internet, and Jimmy Dean from Sinister Angel Cash.

“QWEBEC-Expo, is a fantastic international show set against the backdrop of a beautiful multicultural city. It provides ASACP an opportunity to speak to many companies and webmasters from diverse locations about RTA, the Restricted to Adults website label, and how they can be an important part of protecting children from viewing age-restricted material,” stated Henning. “Because of the unique opportunities this show provides, this year will be especially important as ASACP plans for and begins to implement its international expansion into other countries beginning with Germany and then Spain.”

Founded in 1996, the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating child pornography from the Internet. ASACP also works to help parents prevent children from viewing age-inappropriate material online with its Restricted To Adults – RTA Website Label. More information is available at www.asacp.org.
