ASACP at QWEBEC-Expo

Los Angeles, CA (August 16, 2010) – The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) will be sending Technology and Forensic Research Vice President, Tim Henning, to be a part of the 2010 QWEBEC-Expo.

QWEBEC-Expo takes place Aug. 26 - 29th at the Marriott Chateau Champlain in Montreal. The event features a tradeshow, technical conferences, and an opportunity for people to meet face-to-face with industry suppliers from the U.S, Canada, Europe and other countries in order to discuss the latest industry technologies, trends, products and services.

ASACP will have a table at the expo, information in the show bag, and Henning will be participating in the “New Bees” workshop on Friday August 27th from 11am to 12:15pm. The workshop will focus on “the things you need to know about the industry, the do’s, don’t and pitfalls.” It will be moderated by Joel Drapeau, Gamma Entertainment with Michael P leading the discussion.

“QWEBEC-Expo is a fantastic international show set against the backdrop of a beautiful multicultural city. It provides ASACP with an opportunity to speak to many companies and webmasters from diverse locations about the benefits of ASACP membership, RTA - the Restricted to Adults label, and how they can be an important part of protecting children from viewing age-restricted material,” stated Henning. “This show is important since ASACP is continuing its international expansion and has translated www.asacp.org into Spanish, German and French.”
