SexTV Produces Segment about ASACP

Los Angeles - (April 1, 2003) - SexTV produces original programming with a unique mix of informational, educational and cutting-edge features and is part of Chum Limited - one of Canada`s leading media companies that owns and operates 29 radio stations, eight local television stations and 17 specialty channels. Adult Sites Against Child Pornography (ASACP) is the organization helping the adult site industry to make a difference in the battle against child pornography.

SexTV learned about ASACP after CTV News interviewed its Executive Director, Joan Irvine, during the media frenzy around child pornography and Pete Townshend in January. (Since then, Mr. Townshend has been cleared of all allegations.)

SexTV wanted to know more about such a unique organization; one with the mission to help the adult site industry make a difference in the battle against child pornography. Therefore, in addition to its Executive Director, they interviewed three members of ASACP`s Advisory Council.

"We are extremely pleased with how SexTV presented the industry, ASACP and its mission. I want to thank Aly Drummond, Cruise Director of Python.com; Bill Lyons, Executive Director of Free Speech Coalition; and Gary Kremen, Chairmen and CEO of Sex.com for offering their perspectives, says Irvine.

The segment aired in March in Toronto, Canada. To view a few minutes of the segment, go to... Sex Tv - ASACP Segment Video Clip.
